We have gathered a diverse set of 27000 compounds from a medicinal chemistry lab. Our compounds were purified to 95% by LCMS and stored as solid samples. At a Tanimoto Similarity of 0.85 the collection contains 8806 diverse centroids. At 0.75 there are 3381.
